Acquired a 80% equity stake in Swanlin Pacific (renamed as SBI Pacific) which designs and builds certified cabins for the offshore, onshore and marine industries.

Appointed by an entity under Aker Solutions to market its drilling equipment packages to countries in Asia.

Appointed by an entity under Aker Solutions to distribute its marine drilling risers in China.
